There is a wooden walkway that goes into the dark green lake; at the right side of it, there are two boats and at the left side, there is another boat. The wind is caressing the lake, creating small waves on its surface and distorting the reflections of the high mountains which obstruct the gray sky and the dense trees which can be seen on the right side of the horizon.

Ought implies can. This is a largely accepted principle in moral philosophy and what it says is that if you should do something morally, then you first must be able to do it. This means that you have no moral obligation toward the things that are out of your control. For example, I don't have any obligation to help poor people, If I don't have the sufficient resources. This principle is also accepted in many religions. So the first thing you should do before deciding whether you ought to do something is to consider whether you can do it.
